Way better than expected. The price for a med bag of cashew caramel popcorn was $7 when the med without is $3 so I was hesitant to purchase. Could of had a little more chunks and more cashews. Otherwise the caramel popcorn was on point, fresh and not overly saturated with caramel coating. Great place to stop at when your in Olcott.

Great service, always on point.You can tell there is dedication and a love of the business from the owner. Love the additional variety of flavors caramel , nuts, to the original plain. We usually purchase one of everything when we travel. A must visit every time we come back to our hometown.

I've been going to Bye's Popcorn since I was a kid, when the amusement park was the place to be. On the way home stopping at Bye's was the highlight of the day. This past summer I was able to take my great-grandson and that made 6 generations of my family going there. Looking forward for their 100th Anniversary of making the Best popcorn ever!! Always feel like I'm going home when I stop there.

Best popcorn ever!!! Its also a nice drive and you can check out lake Ontario. The carmel corn is also gluten-free, to all my can't have gluten friends out there!!!

Great popcorn and great caramel popcorn. Service is excellent opening on time. Byes is a landmark in Olcott NY since 1923 an icon where people from all over come to enjoy the popcorn. Today July 10, 2022, 1pm standing in line we met a couple from North Carolina, the last time that she visited Byes she was 5yo. Very excited to be back and wanting to share Byes with Friends in N C .

She took a couple of pictures of the building to share and that is wheneverything went sideways and got ugly. The owner got rude and so did the two other people working.

We will not return, there are a few other really good popcorn places in the area.
Never have I witnessed such childish behavior from adults. Really rude and hurtful when perhaps they may enjoy just how much visitors love and enjoy Byes wanting to share pictures and spread the word of good popcorn. Now I spread the word of an ugly experience that will stay with me the rest of my life and certainly the couple from NC will have little good to say as well.

Bye bye Byes, you don't want, care or need me.

Wonderful family owned business for generations. 2023 will be their 100th anniversary! This is just a small building along the road in front of a private family home. Parking is just along the street on both sides of the road wherever you can find. They have lots of options for fresh popped popcorn with a very large bag of regular being $8. We enjoyed the Carmel corn plain but they have some with peanuts or cashews. They also have cheddar cheese corn.

Best. Popcorn. EVER. Try the Caramel corn with cashew, it'll blow your mind!! Worth driving at least an hour or even two to try their popcorn. And I love their little shop, it's probably the same one since 1923!
