I have been wanting to try Butcher Bob's since I moved here in 2014 but always thought of it in Sunday. Today I got the carne asada and let me tell you it was absolutely delicious. We will be going back for more for sure. Can't wait to try the hot breakfast sausage tomorrow morning and the pinwheels tomorrow night.

The meat cuts were very good. I ordered 5 filets and they all had a good thickness and flavor. The shop was clean and easy to find. I was surprised when the man serving me grabbed each of the filets at 30.99 a pound with bare hands and then proceeded to use the cash register without washing. He handled the cash and steaks the same way.

I've been grilling/cooking the flavor out of meat for nearly thirty year now. It doesn't matter where I bought it: Costco, any grocery store, circle k... the one thing for sure was that it was going to end up dry and flavorless.

Always a pleasure. The staff is very kind. I drive an hr just to get my meat from here. Great service decent prices. I've been coming here for 4yrs. There is no other butcher like this one. I use to live in the area ,but moved and it's definitely worth the drive. Fresh and quality meat.
