Every single time I come. I have to wait 25 minutes or longer for my food. And that’s through drive through. And if Kim is there. Expect a whole lot of attitude from her also. Rude and don’t know how to do anything right. This place needs to do better. Ridiculous having to wait so long for some burgers and fries.

Went through the Drive-Thru and Kim took my order. What an enjoyable experience. She is so professional, thorough, and delightful. Really stood out to me. I'm not fond of fast food in general, it was fine. But Kim, Kim rocks!

This is my go to burger king after work sometimes, I get the same thing usually on mobile and always read out what is in my order to make sure I put it in right get, they gave me attitude for it this time though, I dont know why? sometimes they screw it up however after I wait and I'm always polite and just ask it to be fixed with a new burger, not a big ask I don't think, this time they messed up they offered to make me a new one, but they demanded I walk in first (I was in the drive through already) and let them personally throw away the burger, cause God forbid I give that burger to someone else or save it for lunch tomorrow, I think her name was Kim? Older white lady with purple eye shadow, and she had her hair up in a pony-tail, so I just said screw it and had her give me just onions and now I have to put my burger back, at the end of the day yall messed up and should correct your mistake and just not further inconvenience me by forcing me to go into the restaurant to have you fix it, regardless I'm gonna get a new burger so why waste the food? Just seems super wack yall mess up and make me jump through hoops to have yall fix it, please just give me the correct item and let me drive off, already had to turn around and go back through the drive thru and wait again, seriously.

Went inside no one at register waited over 5 mins while staff ignored us. Gave up and walked out. Seems they are only interested in drive thru orders. If you walk in they don't want to be bothered taking your order.

Better hope you like what they give you, because whether your order is right or wrong, you’ll get the worst attitude and a full throttle stink eye while they hand the bag to you like its YOUR fault that THEY made a mistake. I’ve been a regular here for a while, and if its not charging you for things you dont get, its getting the order wrong. After tonight I dont think I’ll be back to this location.

This is not visible from W Duval Mine Rd, which is the main road, so pay attention to your GPS. Every time I've been there, it's always empty and quiet. Customer service is fast and amicable when ordering. Never had an issue with any of my orders ?. Very clean inside and there's always parking ?️ available anytime of the day.

Worst burger King ever wait 6 minutes no 1 In front of me and they never took my order so I left I'm on a lunch schedule Alex needs to be replaced. IN STEAD OF STANDING THERE WAITING FOR FRIES TAKE PEOPLES ORDER. ALOT OF PEOPLE WE'RE NOT HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE..NEVER GOING BACK TACO BELLSO MORE PERFESSIONAL. An understaffed fast food restaurant and many customers was a recipe for disaster. The manager obviously had her head in an off position! We waited in line while customers in the drive thru got priority service. After waiting for twenty five minutes we left and went to Arby’s. Shame on you BK!!
