Absolutely excellent when I went there , 05/29/24 , appointment 1730 .
Arrived two hours early , checked in , into a door and out of the gate in 75 minutes , scaled great , people in the office were helpful , look forward to seeing this place again .

Aside from the young lady at the back desk who hasn't figured out how to keep her ridiculous comments to herself or how to open the receiving office on time, everything and everyone else were great. If the office opens at 0700, you should be there no later than 0655. Showing up at 0715 is irresponsible.

My appointment at 3 pm I arrive at 11 am I door on the spot and getting loaded wow good place no overtime parking

Seems to be strict adherence to appt times. Once backed in door, loading goes quickly. Can be a bit tight to back into doors depending on which one you get. They did let me stay on the property and finish resetting my clock. Also has a clean bathroom for drivers to use.

DRIVERS BRING WATER AND FOOD, YOU'RE GONNA SIT HERE FOR A LONG TIME. Everyone in my pictures is waiting to get loaded!!! 5 to 6 hr wait min to get a dock!

1200 appointment, arrives @11:20, checked in and the young lady at the iffice was real nice. Was told that they would call me with a door number. At 1305 was told to go door #2 which I did. Hour later nothing happening and see all these other truck coming and going, I went to check to see what the hold up was. Was told at that time that I had a 1530 - 1730 appointment time. So now 3 other trucks are getting loaded and two more backing into dock doors. Going to be interesting to see if they get loaded and I am still waiting.

Arrived at 1145 for 1330 appointment. Received a call to a door before I was able to get back to the truck. Loaded and paperwork in hand at 1315...before original appointment. YMMV...light truck traffic today so docking was a breeze.

PU was from 0330-0530...arrive at 0255. Figure I would catch a quick nap B4 I go in. Long story short they have a graveyard shift and he said man I wish you came in when you first got here. We load trucks way b4 0330..I checkin at 0430 smooth process. Im the only driver getting loaded, guess others still sleeping..
