I arrived early for my appointment. So I have simply been watching the flow of things. The parking lot at any given time has 8-10 trucks waiting to be loaded and smoothly and efficiently approx 6 trucks are being loaded at a time, I have watched trucks get loaded QUICKLY. I was nervous based on the reviews, I dunno maybe it’s the day … maybe it’s better management, all I know is they are moving quickly. The front desk gentleman is extremely nice, and so are the loaders. The only complaint I have is that trucks shouldn’t stage across from the doors. There isn’t a lot of space, so GOAL if you’re not good at backing.

Very friendly people just not driver friendly have no where but nasty port pottys and I mean nasty for drivers to use no where for them to wash their hands you would
think they are hauling your product in and out you would have a clean place for them to use other than that very nice place

This place is INCREDIBLY slow loading drivers. My appointment was at 1830 yesterday, and I'm just now getting a door at 1045. I'd give it a 1, but the people here are friendly.

Van/refer drivers if you are given this address got to 1500 church st decatur AL... cause they will send you there anyway... ut once you get there good luck... i waited 5 hours and left with no load... appt time does not work there... reviews like in and out or fast loading are probably written by workers of this company.. simply do not go there...by the way you cannot cancel the load too... because broker threatens you putting in black list
