Terrible costumer service/experience. I’ve grown up going to Buffalo Wild Wings and have always enjoyed it, but as far as the castle rock location goes, not a fan! The waiters are extremely rude, I’ve only been to this location twice and I have no intentions on returning. My first experience, my sister and I had gotten Buffalo Wild Wings gift cards from a family member, as they know how much we enjoy the food there. But the waiters and cooks made our experience awful. I couldn’t even get a full sentence out on what i was going to order without the waiter simply cutting me off and walking away, never checked on us once and was in a huge hurry and only interested in chit chatting with coworkers…. Im young myself and understand where he was coming from to a certain extent as the restaurant was closing in 45 minutes, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to return and give this location a second chance. I return about a couple months later (2 weeks ago) with my sister and boyfriend and we got a different waiter this time who managed to be even ruder! He practically threw our menus at us didn’t greet us and disappeared to the back for 15 minutes and it wasn’t busy at all… he then returns, still doesn’t greet us and in an aggressive tone says “what do you guys want” we then ordered our drinks, he took 10 minutes to return with a Mountain Dew and 2 waters. We said we were ready to order and he replied “hold on” and disappeared again we felt so uncomfortable with his demeanor that we decided to leave and not eat there for the night! Something needs to be done about the customer service at this location!

I went here about a week ago and it was the worst experience. The person in to go was very nice tho and luckily gave me a refund. First off my fries were completely cold and tasted like they had been out for 2 weeks. I got the cauliflower buffalo wings and the lid wasn’t even on so it leaked all over my car. I’m not sure if the cooks our stoned back there but it was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even eat my food.

Just because you guys close at 12am and I placed an order at 11:29pm doesn’t mean you will give terrible service. I just looked at the recent reviews and there has to be new employees at this location. Cooks are probably so lazy and doing health hazards. Like giving frozen food to just throwing frozen dry wings in the box and put about an oz of sauce on top. Do better whoever is managing this restaurant needs help either doesn’t like their job or just doesn’t care enough for their customers. Lol

We ate here almost two years ago. We are still waiting for our food. I went in with three of my young kids, including a 5 year old. We ordered normal stuff, not substitutes or special anything. We got our sodas immediately, and the kids novelty drinks sat at the bar for 15 minutes before I walked over and got them.

Then we sat talking, and talking, and talking, and playing games, and talking, for 1 hour and 45 minutes. We talked to the waitress several times, who assured us our food was coming out.

Eventually we got the manager, who couldn't have been less interested. His attitude was almost like, "I can't understand why you are even telling me this story."

I told the manager, "I'm not paying for these drinks. We are leaving." He responded with, "OK" and walked away.

We walked out passed our waitress that was now sobbing to her friend at the host stand.

I came to Google to check the latest reviews and see if the restaurant has improved. It hasn't. The reviews are consistently bad today as they were 2 years ago.

The owner now replies to reviews saying they are working on it, but if you scroll back they have been saying this for a long time.

No one is working on it.

Furthermore, we have eaten at every restaurant in Castle Rock and Parker in the last 2 years. We love dining out. The only other place with service this bad was the Wendy's next to Kohl's in Castle Rock that shut down.

We will not be back to this location until we see a banner out side reading "Under New Management."

All the other 1 and 2 star reviews I have read about this location are true to our own experience. The restaurant was practically empty, maybe 5 parties for about 7 waiters. Sodas and waters came out fast but waited 30min for my beer while I watched it sit at the bar top. Waitress spent more time in the back of the house and chatting up the table next to us. Acting like our party of 7 (including 3 children) were insignificant. Had to flag down a separate waitress for napkins and sauces because ours never asked us how we were doing. Will not be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Buffalo Wins and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the burgers. I ordered the smoked brisket burger, and it was hands down the best burger I've ever had. The combination of smoky, tender brisket and the juicy, flavorful patty was a taste sensation like no other. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and the presentation was impeccable. The menu offered a variety of burger options, each more tempting than the last. The combination of flavors and textures was truly exceptional.

In addition to the outstanding burgers, the restaurant offered a diverse selection of sides and drinks that complemented the meal perfectly. The strawberry margarita was a delightful surprise, with the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a refreshing and delicious choice to accompany the meal.

The overall dining experience at Buffalo Wins was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious offerings. If you're a burger enthusiast or just appreciate great food and drinks in general, Buffalo Wins is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience

We’ve eaten at this establishment several times. Each time the service is lacking. Today in particular we sat for 10 min. before our table was even approached by a server. Servers consistently passed our table without even acknowledging that we were sitting there.
When a server finally did come to our table, his attitude projected that he was put out to be serving us. It’s truly unfortunate that the service and quality hasn’t improved since the store has been open as long as it has.
