Machine on patient guest rooms of a local hospital. Trying to purchase water for spouse to take meds while awaiting check in to be admitted for procedure.
Card function doesn’t work.
Coins don’t work. Only dollar bills work, and only one time. As the cost of everything is >$1, it is a guarantee that this machine can only collect money, but will NEVER dispense product. Well done Buffalo Rock.

The (unmanned) snack shop on Fort Moore inside the hospital cannot be used unless you go online, download an app, then register for an account and then fund the account!! You can’t just scan an item (drink or snack) while you are trying to grab a snack on the way to the doc appt or pharmacy and just pay with your Apple Watch or a tap debit card? One scanner didn’t even work and the other made you register. I don’t work here, so I don’t want to register and add funds to an account just to buy a muffin. That’s crazy.

They pretty fast if you delivering hazmat. It’s tight and you have a lot of traffic in the way. It would be easier if you back in cause it’s not much room to turn around with something everywhere. You can try but you may damage your truck. Look at it first…

I go here everyday for work. Haul to decatur cullman Monday through Friday. I have had great people and loads are always good to go. If they weren’t I didn’t have to wait to long. Good place.

I'll never go back to this facility again!! Checked in at 13:00 and they told me to come back at 1430..ok so I leave and come back at 1430 just to be told that their not loading trucks until 1700!! I'm like what happen to 1430? So I leave again and come back at 1700 and go to check in and they tell me to park on the curb and we'll come get you!! They finally come tapping on my truck at 1930,got on the dock and sit 2 more hours!! TOTAL WAIT TIME WAS OVER 9 HOURS ...do yourself a favor and find you another load!!

The past owner valued his employees. Long time employees with decades of employment should be treated better. Don't bother applying for a job, if you have a CDL, go anywhere else.

I can’t complain and I may have lucked up but I arrived about 1am and they unloaded me right away and I was in and out in about an hour. I’m sure this is a rarity but it’s still my experience. The ground has a slope/hill so I didn’t open my doors until I was setup in front of the dock and ready to go straight back.

DEAR BUFFALO ROCK THE DRINK MACHINE THAT ARE PROVIDED FOR THE NURSING FACILITIES SUCKS. I PUT MY LAST TWO DOLLARS IN THAT MACHINE AND IT TOOK MY MONEY.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ... I DONT HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY THAT I WORK HARD FOR 😤😤😤😠😠THE END
