Literally the worst old broke machines you can find in Cripple Creek, but not the kind that are loose and fun. No, instead it’s the kind of machines you hit “hold” on a card in video poker but the button doesn’t actually work. Specifically the bank of video poker machines at the bar are horrible with multiple buttons that don’t function. After complaining to the manager rather than replace machines they know don’t work well, they make excuses like “well the buttons can’t be replaced because the machines are too old.” no kidding, maybe that’s your sign to replace them then. This place is just gross and dirty too, which is a real shame. they are tied in with the new Chamonix so now I won’t go to either until they fix the broken video poker slots. Knowing buttons don’t work and leaving the machines in service because “you can use the touchscreen instead” just seems like bad ownership delivering a poor customer experience. People like that shouldn't be allowed to hold a casino license.

Friendly staff, free cocktails while gambling, and love their restaurant Home Cafe. You can get breakfast all day and for a decent price. The service was quick the two mornings we went. The bartender was so friendly and cheerful and the wait staff were also pleasant. Definitely recommend it!

We enjoy ourselves everytime we come up. Great games and free drinks and snacks. The restaurant's are wonderful! Bronco Billy's treat's their customers with great customer service. The hotel was a little on the older side but that doesn't bother me, it adds to the experience. Very courteous and thoughtful employees. If I'm always treated like this, I'll keep coming back. 🙂

Gambling is typical. But the Bronco Billy Restaurant is not so good. The cake display is new. I purchased the chocolate cake, and it was really disappointing. Looked better than it tasted.

The food is really good here with a nice range of prices and options. It was nice to have a quality place like this for when we didn’t wanna be cooped up eating room service. It was quiet and had polite staff who enjoyed chatting with us and helping us in any way we needed. Very sweet people- and the cooks did a fabulous job with masssiveeee portions as well.

Man on schedule today around 12:30am black beanie and glasses
lacks basic communication skills and any standard of basic customer service.
Put him to scrub toilets not help people.

We would drive up to play planet moolah.. Now that there is one machine we can’t ever get on. We came 3 times last week and the same guy is on it or allowed to shut it down for hours.. Will just drive to Blackhawk instead…….

Unfortunately based off this response by ownership we tried again and the machine was again locked… Talked to the new GM who is very nice but had no recourse… No reason for us to come anymore if machines can get locked for 4 hours at a time by VIPs
