Does great job . Clean and affordable

I was amazed to see how much they just throw away. They don't remove any neck or rib meat. Basically just hams, shoulders, backstraps, and tender loins. We took our deer back out of the walk in cooler and put it back in our cooler and went elsewhere. They remove the parts they were going to process outside. Throwing the rest on the ground in front of the business to throw away later. Crazy how wasteful it is. Unfortunately people don't require it to be better.
