I tried the Manga Roc food truck for the first time last night at Barnard bands. The menu won me over with a nice variety of food. I loved that the meat comes straight from braided acres where it is fresh. They were very generous with the portion of food. That taste was AMAZING! Looking forward to coming back. The customer service was great too! Alyssa was very sweet.

We were 1st time customers (Parma Park) and were beyond pleasantly surprised. We got the pulled pork sandwich with slaw and baked beans just to try it. Everything was absolutely delicious. Will be happy to see that trailer again. Thanks for a great dinner!

I've had a few Cuban Sandwiches in my day, but I must say, the best I've ever had came from Braided Acres' food truck last Friday evening at the Hilton Rec. "food truck rodeo". Holey moley, it was GREAT! Highly recommended! The tacos were reportedly top notch as well!

We stumbled upon a hidden gem called MagnaRoc Food Truck at Braided Acres Farm in Hilton. Little did we know that their pork menu would also offer surprising health benefits – thank you for introducing us to a whole new world of mangalitsa pigs.

Braided Acres pigs are so delicious! I wouldn't get my pork from anywhere else. I have been in the food service for 30 years and have never come across such high-quality pork meat, the most fantastic taste I have ever experience from a pork product. They know how to raise the best type of pigs.

Alyssa is super amicable and her farm is wonderfully kept (yes, it smell like pigs, but that will happen when your farm has pigs on it🤫). We went on a field trip and all the children loved seeing the animals. One pig even flopped down so she could get belly rubs!! It was so funny. We will be going back soon and seeing all her piggies and those beautiful Scottish Highland cows.

Absolutely the best pork I've ever eaten! All organically fed and raised. The bacon 🥓🥓 melts in your mouth!! Very highly recommend! If you're looking for a home town farm with great people, then this is what you're looking for!!!! 10 stars

I bought a half of pig from Braided Acres Farm in February of 2021. It was the best pork that I have ever eaten. Made a prosciutto from the ham, pancetta from the belly and a couple of capocolli from the neck.
Coming next December I will be ordering a whole pig from Braided Acres.
One thing I forgot to mention, is the great service I received from Steve the owner.
