I ordered quite a few parking cones for my food pantry. There were a couple of hick-ups online but several customer service reps were extremely helpful and we worked it out. Thank you for the outstanding service. I received my order in less than a week! Highly recommend. Great company that cares for their customers! Thank you.

Customer service totally misled me. I called the night before to see if they had a CPR kit in stock and to see if they can hold it for me. They said after I purchased the item online, they will set it aside and refund the delivery charge that is imposed online. So I do this and call immediately for them to not ship it. The guy then tells me it won't ship tomorrow if I call at 8 am the next day. Well today is the next day and they shipped it last night. Now I have to wait for a package that I needed 30 minutes ago. Poor training

This is an awful online company. They don't fulfill orders accurately and make mistakes. They don't honor there own orders. I do not recommend them at all. Not a trust worthy organization.
