Got myself a little BOWL ME UP!!! I’ve said this before, Staten Island does not have a great salad/healthy bowl spot. Now it does!! I got the Greek with a little Peruvian Aji Dressing. It was very good!

Staff is very friendly and respectful! The place has a great vibe. I’ll definitely give this place another try as it has so many options!

Oh my god. Let me tell you, I recently tried Bowl Me Up and had an amazing experience! I got the Asian in a wrap, and it was absolutely delicious—so flavorful and satisfying! The ingredients were fresh, and the combination of flavors really hit the spot. The employees were super friendly, making the whole experience even better. The vibe of the place is laid-back and welcoming, making it a great spot to grab a healthy and tasty meal. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

Also we tried the Teriyaki and the pita chips it was PERFECT! I could eat so many of those pita chips - they were absolutely nuts. Such an amazing spot.

Please eat here because I need a healthy option like this near me. Let’s give this restaurant business so they can open more. They deserve it. Everything tasted good and I felt good eating it. My only complaint is how much they charge to add avocado, but I guess it’s justified since the avocado is good and fresh. I gave 5 stars for atmosphere, but it was hard to answer such a strange question. It’s clean, the music is upbeat, but it’s a casual setting, which is fine. I just wouldn’t say it has much of an “atmosphere”, which is also fine. Not exactly a romantic date spot is all I’m saying, but I guess it could be if you wanted it to be, assuming you and your SO aren’t picky about that kind of thing. If the owner is open to criticism, I’d suggest simplifying the menu to cut down operational costs and potential waste, but obviously you’ll know what’s working for you better than anyone else. I also don’t think the customized napkins aren’t worth it. I understand it’s marketing but the food will speak for itself. People who are looking for a guilt-free and delicious option won’t be looking for decorated napkins, although I’m glad you take pride in what you do. My cousin once had a top-rated Italian restaurant among NYC restaurants and they used plain napkins, and so do many successful chains. Anyway thanks for the good food. I hope this restaurant makes it big.

I found it to be a cozy place, and I love that the food is really good. You can taste the freshness and great (natural) flavor. I highly recommend coming to try the food; they have a wide variety to choose from. The service is good and the prices are affordable.

Such great food and great service. The owner bought us some free pita chips for waiting, and the only wait is because everything is made fresh. The food is delicious, and such a great option in the neighborhood. Will be back!

I order a bowl for my wife and I via uber eats. We were obsessed with the freshness, taste, and portions. We got a Mexican bowl with the Peruvian Ají, and a Grains bowl with green goddess vinaigrette. Both were amazingly tasty! We can’t wait to try all their other bowl options.

Also, the delivery came in such a cool box. It felt like it was an exclusive order. The attention to detail is spot on.

Just tried out Blow Me Up, and I’ve got to say—I’m impressed. It’s not every day you find a spot that nails healthy food without sacrificing flavor. Everything was super fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can tell they care about what goes into your body as much as how it tastes. Whether you’re into clean eating or just want something that makes you feel good after, this place is worth checking out.

Food is so delicious! The beet & goat cheese bowl is my absolute favorite. So nice to have a place like this on SI. Reminds me of Sweet Green!
