I went to Bomgaars in Brighton yesterday (2-25-25) after paying for my stuff one of your cashiers was being very rude to another customer when they were asking a question. After the costomer leaved she continued to talk bad about them to another customer. If this is how you treat your costomer then I am going to start find another place to get my chicken feed from.

Sometimes the sales don't show up on your receipt. I usual just forget about it since it's probably more trouble than it's worth to fix it. It's hard to find a cart for feed. When you find one on the way in its hard to get in through the oldest rickety and heavy doors ever. The gardening and outdoor plant section is a hazard most of the time. The main reason I go there is to avoid supporting even bigger corporations. But it would be nice if they fixed it up a bit.

Shopping here for Dog food and dog treats on Wednesday afternoon with my elderly mother. 2 young male employees come racing up and stop just short of knocking my mother down. They giggle like little boys and run around the aisle mom and I are in and disappear into the back. They come out, and I say what the hell guys..is this a playground? Then, when we are in the dog treat aisle, they push items through from the aisle over, and the stuff nearly lands on my mom's head. It was totally unprofessional behavior and no attempt to apologize or put my mom at ease at all. Bomgaars are those little boys running around your store being chaotic and very unprofessional the best you can do? You are lucky they didn't injure my mother. Get your crew in line! Unacceptable.

I give this place a 1 just because of the way they’re treating the baby chicks. Today I went it and literally counted about 12 baby chicks dead. Some of them seemed to be dead more that a few days. Also a lot of them had a lot poop build up in their behind. ( reason why some where dying I did report to an employee but they didn’t seem to care. I’m sad I wasn’t able to get some pictures. But they seriously need to pay more attention to the chicks. ANIMAL ABUSE.

VERY dirty disgusting chick pens!

Long dead chicks in pens. chicks are eating the dead chicks.

Dirty pens.

No water or dry waters.

No food.

The place smells as soon as you walk in the door.

Only reason it got a 1 star is, good variety of chicks but horrible conditions. animal control should get involved, that's how bad it is.

Terrible customer services.. The cashier was rude.. Manager doesn't even care to help customers when we are complaining.. And they Charge me more of what they supposed to and manager says it's nothing she can do Terrible company terrible people.
