What a great experience! I went there because of the reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Great crab cakes and fish and chips. Like eating in Maine without the drive. French fries that came with the meals were second to none. Great people working hard to make you happy with fresh delicious seafood.

Best fish & chips around! I have stopped trying fish & chips at other restaurants in Suffolk County because they all disappoint next to Blue Water Fish. Can't get any fresher or tastier than Blue Water Fish! My husband and I have become regulars, coming in 2-4 times a month for fish & chips for dinner. They offer cod and flounder. Their batter is tasty and very crispy! They have an array of the freshest fish and shellfish to take home and eat in. The staff is friendly and lets you know they are very appreciative of your business. Give them a try and you will definitely have found your new spot for seafood.

Blue Water Fish offers a wide variety of fresh seafood, and menu for dining in or taking out. Their fresh cut fries are the BEST! Enjoyed the crab cakes and soft shell crab sandwich. Highly recommend this seafood shop.

I made the mistake of coming in while I was hungry!! I was so torn between the calamari salad and the stuffed clams, I just couldn't decide which one I wanted more. The clerk was super nice and she informed me that everything is made in-house. Saturdays are very busy so I would recommend picking up your weekend seafood on Friday. There are tables inside and picnic tables outside for those who want to eat immediately.

Back for another visit to see what happiness I can bring to my taste buds. Today's selection was fish and chips, fluke in traditional fish and chips batter, hold the chips. Cooked fresh to order, was worth every minute of the 5 minute wait. This dish I can't, NOT recommend, even to people who don't typically eat fish. Yeah, it was that good!

Stopped by for a quick bit for lunch. Went with the shrimp gyro and fries. The sandwich and fries were tasty but the pita fell apart making it a messy lunch. The service seemed a little slow but would go back to try some of the other options.

This was my first time out to the east coast (Wisconsin born and raised!) and I have to say, the ready-to-eat seafood at this particular seafood store was almost literally to die for. I've never been so upset to live so far away from a state before! Lol

My hubby got the crab cake sandwich and I got the lobster bisque. The crab cake had such a delicious flavor and tenderness to it, and the bisque was very generous with the lobster! (I was so sad when my bowl was empty...)

Overall, extremely pleased with this place and I'll definitely be trying to make a return journey here in the future!

When I moved to the NoFo, I thought that I would never find anyone that could understand both customer service as well as knowing how to prepare and serve fish... I was wrong.

Blue Water Fish nails it everytime!

Perfect Cod, for fish and chips.

Reasonably priced all around.

I gave it 5 ☆ for seafood lovers. 😋 ❤️

If you want fast food or snooty roots, go somewhere else.

If you love seafood and understand what good seafood is, then Blue Water Fish is the place for you.

I had an amazing pan seared tuna salad today that was the best I ever had! The tuna was so tender and fresh that it was like butter in my mouth. The salad was not just plain greens, but had a special touch of apples and raisins from the chef’s “harvest time” selection. They added a delicious contrast to the tuna. Blue Water Fish is always worth the drive from the city!
