When you get there go across the railroad tracks and past the scale circle around and get on the scale.. park.. go inside and check in.. you'll need your trailer number along with the license plate number as well as the pickup number.. if you're lucky the load will be ready.. if not you could wait for hours until they call you.. normally they don't load until around 2 or 3pm.. only 4 loading docks here.. restroom is inside.. I had to wait 4.5 hours from start to finish before I was loaded and off the lot.. good luck..

Why do you continue to book trucks for loads that are not ready? Maybe you should wait until you have all the product on the dock before you start to book a truck!

Been here 2 times and it’s been a 5+ hour wait both times. The place sucks, 5 docks open with 5 trucks waiting and no one is in a door. No excuse to have every truck on the property waiting hours and hours

It’s true! Don’t bother getting here early. If your load isn’t ready, plan on waiting for hours. I suggest to call ahead to see if your load will be ready at a certain time. That way you can go get food and have time to relax. They do have a restroom and plenty of overnight parking. But the restroom isn’t open overnight.

Very friendly and helpful staff but if you are load is not ready it will take time but once it is ready they will load you in 20 minutes

If your product is ready it's pretty quick loading. But if you have to wait they have plenty of parking take a nap they will come to truck and give you your door been loading there 3 years. Very nice people and they will axle you out just holler at Patty on channel 16 and she will tell you when to move!

They don't care if they load you in a timely manner. If your running a ELD this is not the place to load. Places like this are bad for trucking. They book a truck for a load and the product is not even here. They are waiting for it to arrive. The driver with my product must be lost. Dont book a truck till you have product on dock. The people in the office won't give me any answers. Companies should not sell product they dont have. Companies like this dont belong in business. Was here 11 hours waiting to load. Had to drive all night to make my delivery appointment. It messed up my schedule for my next load.
