This is my #1 store for my Dog & Birds! The staff are friendly, amazing and very helpful!. They always help me bring my seed to the car and load it, since it weighs 40 lbs.! Also the bulk candy & nuts are an extremely great bargain as well as delicious! I take my family & friends every time I go. It's been a family ritual every weekend!

Visited the Elgin store on 2/14. Found a tool that I have been wanting for $50 less then every other store. Tool was locked up and when I tried to find an employee, no one was around. Looked for a few minutes. Finally called the front desk to have someone come to help and waited another five minutes after they announced over the PA that assistance was needed. No one came. Then finally saw an employee and when asked to help said that they would get someone else. Saw another employee a minute later and asked for the store manager to be paged. Store Manager finally came to help and when I asked for the tool she scanned the tool in question and said "oh theres only one", then had to walk back to the front of the store to get the key. When she came back, after 5 minutes of not being able to open the lock I finally just said forget it and walked away. This is ridiculous. If you going to lock up tools, have an employee near that section to help a customer and also learn how to use the key that opens the locked tools

This was my first visit to Farm and Fleet. The store was large and had a very good selection. It was so clean with everything neatly arranged and easy to find. I was surprised to find they even have a toy section.

Ordered a $200 jacket to be delivered same day. I paid $15 extra. It said delivered, I go out absolutely nothing. I go to my neighbors thinking they may have delivered, nothing. I try to call them and it’s 3-5 business days just for the escalation team to reach out. Not even 3-5 business days for a refund. Right before Christmas. The kicker? The item is completely sold out online everywhere and that was the last available one in any store nearby. So now my husband is SOL for Christmas because I don’t have any extra money to afford anything until probably middle of January when Blaine’s deems it enough of an issue to refund me.

They also have no idea the delivery parties they deliver through. Cannot tell me whether it was through door dash or another delivery service because they simply have no idea. How do you allow a 3rd party contractor to come in and deliver hundreds of dollars worth of items and not have any way to figure out who, where, or why in an acceptable amount of time. They give me his number and I call it and of course no answer. No answer multiple times. Course not, dudes got a spanking new $200 Carhartt.

I love this place! I find things here that I can't find anywhere else. They have an AMAZING pet section. The store is clean and all of the staff are very friendly.

Drove an hour and a half for battery replacement and explained battery needs to be programmed. Girl says yes we can do that. Get there and service technician says we don’t do that here. Need to know your business and services rendered.

I was looking for clay targets and everyone was out of them. Rob, in sporting, was a massive help. We talked a bit about life and our travels. Was a great and nostalgic experience; a reminder of what shopping in stores used to be like when good people who really care about the store and product, worked in them.
