My sister and I found the Potatoes and Molasses food truck recently at the Westcott Art Trail event. We tried some food and a delicious beet drink...wonderful! The owners were so friendly and provided lots of info on their food ideas, backgrounds and philosophy. Very connected to the good of the environment - even using wooden, recyclable utensils!
