Loved this place for years, making the extra longer drive for years. I usually spend at least $100-$200 each visit. Sadly the ownership has gotten greedy. I asked for large oxtails, something I have done for literal years & they seriously just tried to sell me a bag of bones for $20 and told me they would up-charge me for wanting cuts with meat on them. I wish I took a pic so ppl could see what a joke it was! No thank you. They lost a loyal customer today.
SN: The workers here have always been the best, it was definitely management that's the problem.

Everything here is wonderful. The staff are really kind, the service is top notch and I'm always satisfied with the food. (Their antipasto is my favorite) Gotta give a shout to the delivery guy too, dude's a hard fn worker. I wish more places would take the initiative to do what BAM does with the cash/credit/EBT free delivery...it might very well help make things so much easier for so many across Erie County. Thank you all for what you do for our community!

I wish that they had better choices to pick from and wish that they would change there food and wish that they had dairy products like milk,cream cheese, sour cream, ,butter,cheese in a pack,wish that they had a vegetable pack,wish that they had a canned food pack and a bread and baggle pack too instead of the same old packages of food and a better variety packages of food other then that I love that they deliver your food to you and the prices aren't really bad at all and had no problems with the food or the delivery at all

Great selection and customer service! This was my first time going to this butcher. I asked if there were any thicker sliced, bone in, pork chops. They didn't so they offered to cut some and even asked if I'd like them to make the pockets for stuffing. Everything looked very fresh and had an adequate amount of grocery items to choose from as well. I'll definitely be back!

High quality butcher shop. they clearly have pride in what they are selling and the work they do. We love the breakfast sausage and the stuffed pork chops. It's our go to, wouldn't get meat anywhere else.

Awesome establishment and wonderful people!! I had been to Black Angus Meats previously to pick up some cold cuts and they were always so friendly so I decided to place a delivery order. Although the order had to be over $60, I had no problem reaching that limit and delivery is free! I just have to say from when I called to place the order to the man who delivered it, they couldn't have been nicer! The delivery man even carried the HEAVY delivery into my kitchen!! Everything was packaged very well and delivered in sturdy boxes. Awesome job guys, thank you SO much!!! I'll definitely be back again!!

Not sure if I was misunderstood over the phone or not, but the order I received was not what I wanted. When I checked in my car in the parking lot I realized this. I will still enjoy the product as I'm sure it's good. Just not what I expected when I ordered. Very clean, and limiting people in which is good in this day and age. Employees were washing hands after every order which was nice to see.
