Fast, fast service. Plus they will gladly make the meat into anything you want. You can have them process your deer any way you'd like. You can have them make slim Jim's from your meat which are very popular. They make other products too from the meat. They have a farm right there. They sell sausages they make from the hogs they raise. Best sausages you'll ever put in your mouth. You can't buy food like this in a grocery store. This place is phenomenal.

We don't hunt or have meat processed there, but I've had their deer Slim Jim's from others and they are goooooood! Also, I order my Christmas Ham from them every year and always will! The best ham ever!

I have been using Birkners Processing for several years you can't beat the quality of their product the Folks there are always very kind and helpful and one of the things that impress me most is the cleanness of there place I will continue to go back there even though I have just over an hour drive
