I recently had my small Kubota tractor in for a major maintenance. I did most everything by email with the manager and they picked it up and delivered it back to me. Everything went smoothly and the tractor came back completely pressure washed and looking like new. No line item on the invoice for that; just good service.

This review is for Bingham Equipment and Kubota Financial, not Kubota tractors. In May 2024, I decided to purchase a compact Kubota tractor. I applied online and was quickly approved by Kubota Financial, albeit with an e-mail that directed me to finish process with dealer... keep in mind, Kubota ran a credit check. The dealer's policy required me to fill out a very long and detailed loan application. Wait! I told them no, since a loan was already approved and I would not allow two inquiries for the same loan. They doggedly stuck to their "policy" mantra. Newsflash, Bingham... make it harder, treat people like they're a credit risk even with a high score, ignore common sense... what do you think will happen‍♂️ Fast forward two weeks - I applied online for 0% John Deere financing, approved in less than a minute. Stoltz Equipment asked me for no additional information. I spent 15 minutes at dealer finalizing sale, tractor delivered, me happy!

I stopped by around December last year to inquiry on a new bobcat that i wanted to buy for my company i was intruduce with Victor he gave me some information and promised me to send me via email a formal quote and as of today i haven't heard from him again. I feel like discriminating, probably he assumed i will not qualify wich that is against the law.

I placed an order back in May for a L2501, with a front end loader, box scraper, rotary cutter, and pallet forks. They took care of me, even giving me a discount for having to wait on its arrival. It was well worth the wait! Victor kept me up on its status right up until its delivery. Dawn was professional and courteous with setting up the delivery and it arrived as scheduled. Efrain, the delivery man was great! You can tell just speaking with him, he loves his job. Went over the entire tractor with me (Front to Rear).

Mr. Blaine, take the time to commend these individuals, good employees that pay attention to detail and customer service like they did, are hard to come by. All three individuals were courteous/professional and I had a wonderful experience.
