I had (2) hernia surgeries 11 days ago.

But the beef & sausage combo and cheeseburgers 🍔 are so good here (with cheese fries) that it’s always hard to decide which to get 🤷🏻‍♂️

Today I got the former not the latter and ate until my healing wounds hurt 😫

THAT is how good it is 🤩🤪🥳

The cashier was great! She was very nice helping me during my first visit when I got Billy's Burger. The burger was a double decker loaded with bacon and everything. Incredible. That burger was so good I had to stop there again, the lady at the counter made some great recommendations -> California chicken panini. I. Loved. It. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area. I'm not a huge sports fan, but the collection they have on the walls was really cool to look at and pass the time while waiting. This is such a great little niche place that deserves all the praise it gets! Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been going to Billy’s since the 90’s.
Their food is terrific! Their fries are so crispy and delicious! Their Mac and cheese comes in a cast iron pan, it’s cheesy and gooey! Their turkey sandwich with apple slices and havarti cheese is an all time favorite of mine. The staff is awesome, I’ve known them for 26 years and never had a problem. Billy’s is phenomenal! Definitely stop in if you want a great lunch!

Billy's is a hidden gem. Vienna Beef Hall of Fame level Chicago Dog standards executed perfectly, and a whole lot of custom fresh option entres too.

Decor and cleanliness had me taken aback and confused. This is not your greasy sticky hotdog hole in the wall I've come to accept after decades of Vienna Beef dives around the city. Spic and span dining room and kitchen, everything fresh and clean and cared for. Spices and fresh ingredients. Adorable Easter decor blended with the expected Bears and Bulls posters. Italian beef perfectly seasoned on a fresh roll, not too soggy and not too dry, topped with your choice of sweet or spicy peppers. Chicago dog is the classic I expected, not trying anything special that would screw it up, with a crisp half spear pickle. Fries are perfect crinkle cut, with an extra starchy crunch and not greasy.

For anyone comparing and complaining about prices, realize that everyon'e ingredient costs have jumped significantly in the last few years. Yeah it feels 'crazy' to spend $5 on a hot dog and $10 on a beef. But the option is to either pay what you were used to and accept a cut in size, quality of the ingredients and prep details, or pay up for quality food. Everyone's just passing on the cost. Go eat a cheaper bland meal somewhere else.

A must stop. I would eat a dog here every day if I could, and just might.

Although I'm not a regular at Billy', their hot dog's are a work of art. Fluffy warm poppy seed bun, all my favorite toppings and, of course the vienna beef dog. Unbelievable fries. If you ever need the consumate Pic of the perfect dog this is the place for it!!! Thanks Billy, you so deserve this award

Everytime we go to Billy's, it's always good. Always enjoy the service, the prices are fair & the food is good. This time I had a very tasty gyros with equally good fries. I didn't get the onion rings today, but those are great too. Billy's is a good place to keep in your rotation.
