This is the worst customer service experience l have ever experienced in my life. Overcharging customers. This company refused to give me back a refund after l removed one of my cars from the policy. I called to inquire about my refund and I was told that I have to wait for a corporate to refund my account. This has been since February. It’s now April, my policy keeps increasing. I called to inquire why the payment went to $ 457. Monthly Elizabeth it’s very unprofessional and disrespectful when I asked the question why the sudden increase in my policy. I was paying $ 547 monthly for two cars with full coverage and no they are asking me to pay $457 for liability no comprehensive is included. This is basic insurance. How does this make sense? For one car! My policy was changed several times without my permission, I inquired How to lower my bill and I was quoted a price of $188,89 a month from one of the agents, it’s a young man. I forgot his name. who promised me he would do his best to lower my Bill and to my surprise, I’ve been punished for inquiring about my policy. Got my statement in the mail and they remove my installment from my account without my permission. Very dissatisfy with the service after 15 years of doing business with State Farm.🙁😕😟😔

I highly recommend Billy for your insurance needs! Billy has been my State Farm agent for the past 20 years (I know, that's a long time!) and I have many positive things to say about him. He's always been dedicated to getting me fair prices for insurance and has gone above and beyond to help with a couple of claims that I've had over the years.
