I went into the store on 02/27/2025
What else can I say except,
This building is a giant sewer pipe
Infested with mice.
There is mice running all over inside of the store.
There was a female
manager there Christa.
She has worked at this store
for a long time I heard.
I believe that Christa has had more
than enough time to clean up the place
and this is not the case.
This store should not look like this.
Hard working farmers deserve better.
Every customer deserves better.
The place is so nasty
I had trouble breathing
for a few days.
My dogs wouldn’t even touch their food
I’ve had to purchase my dog food at Walmart and other stores.
that’s how you know this
infestation with the mice
is getting out of control.
Including lazy management.
People have devoted their lives
time, talent, treasure, and money
to help people around the world with
all the necessities they need, and all of the staff
Failed to take care of every product in the store including the cleanliness of the building.
Both female managers gossip and laziness won’t keep a business running.
There is mice feces including
urine all over the floor and items in the store.
Christa and Shawny are both very unprofessional.
Most of the time you will see
All of the staff sitting and gossiping.
No one there deserves to get paid.
If I was an owner and walked through
this store to see how it’s doing, I would have fired
Management instantly.
None of the staff cares about this facility.
This facility is
dusty, dirty, stinky, unloved and uncared for.
This place needs new everything.
The entire staff is a waste of the companies time and money.

This store was great and has just about everything,you would need! we was traveling down the road and lost a 7/8 nut for our suspension on our trailer they had exactly what we needed and everything in a grade 8, The people there couldn't be any more nicer and accommodating.

I'm disappointed. I called in shortly before closing and said "I need some of the green cap nails you have on isle 2, but I'm 10 minutes away. Would you be able to stay open until 7:05 for me?" The answer was a firm "no".

Five minutes. Such a remarkably simple request.... Has the perceived threshold of acceptable customer service actually sunk this low?

This place is one. Big joke. Over priced. Have only really seen one girl working every time I go in while everyone else sits around on their phones. Don't know how a business can be so unprofessional and still be in business. The Randy guy doesn't seem to know anything about anything. Shity employees reflect on the company. Maybe u should watch everyone and drug test everyone

This people have an agreement with Jones Oil, they haven't fixed their propane filling machine in more than a year so Jones is the only one selling in town, they have a monopoly.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It beats having to drive to another town for sure.

Awesome customer service; sorry I forgot the lady's name however, the lady the helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.
