Went to go pick up propane before closing. I was told that it was too cold to transfer propane (16*F) I'm not a scientist but propane is constantly supplied throughout the valley by truck and dispensary at even colder temperatures, just fine. I could read between the lines that it essentially boiled down to them not wanting to do a transfer/transaction before closing. It put me in a bad bind right before an extreme temperature drop. I'll take my homesteading needs to someone more considerate. You should too.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
This store makes an effort to hire people that despise helping people and enjoy making every interaction as difficult as possible. I have never been to a store of any kind anywhere in the world and been treated worse. I’ve been talked down to, screamed at, told they were going to throw my belongings in the trash, been completely ignored for 20 mins while 5 employees talked together directly I front of me. Those are just some of the horrible interactions I’ve had with the rudest store in America!

Do not purchase Twister Blake boots for your grandkids--$54.99!! Within about 6 weeks, they were already falling apart! No concern, no caring, no 'bring them in so we can take a look at them'. Very disappointed! Will shop elsewhere--out of town if I have to.

Very well stocked. Large inventory of tools . Great variety outdoor clothing , my daughter loved it said she will drive there because they have what she needs lol. Very friendly people working there. Clean facility too

Not the best customer service. Every customer isn't a criminal. Stop blaming it on the last customer. I'm not the last costumer...but it's the last time I come there .

We were in here about 2 months ago to look at the prices of trailer tires. We walked out because the cost was too much. We saw a fat blond lady running out of the store to take a picture of our license plate. Since then we have been back there a few times and EVERY time we are not asked if we need help, half of them have scowls on their faces and we are watched by at least 8 workers doing nothing! We even tried going back in to buy some car hearts. Thought they would act better by now but it's worse so we walked out. The Big R in Monte Vista is Great!

Literally go anywhere else, there lucky I’m putting one star cause if I could put 0 stars I would customer service is just disappointing, they yell and lie on you, I called to let them know about something the did wrong on there end about my propane. They didn’t even care that it was leaking because of something they did and I had my three children in the car and was hoping they would take accountability and help me out. they yelled at me hung up and said I talked to six people and yelled at them when I only spoke to two people the whole time?!? Managers are supposed to be helpful and understanding towards there customers and well there not here at this location definitely going to tractor supply co… which sucks because I’ve been a customer of this location for over 2 years now. Anyways GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
