We've had our home up here since before they opened, and while they understandably started small, Big Country has gotten big! They have added so much more variety in recent months. We much prefer coming here, and with the addition of a meat counter and seafood, they've really stepped it up. Love to support our local grocery store. I've had lots of great seafood in my time around the country and the world, and the shrimp cocktail here is just WOW, not the dinky stuff you get from other grocers, they have the real stuff. I'm super happy for them and our community!

Prices are Very high! I guess when a person doesn't want to drive eight miles to Chino Valley, then this market is for you. Fortunately, I'm able to drive to Safeway. Safeway is expensive too, yet a twelve pack of beer at Safeway is worth the gas and savings than the Big County Market, where at the market, you'd pay double!

They're OK they don't have everything but they have some stuff. Rather strict about the backpack rules? I typically respect this when visiting ghettos or dispensaries, but if my $120 bag gets stolen you are NOT going to do anything about it. It's disappointing you're only down the street but I will be going to another market now.

Store is fine the employees are pretty rude, always grumpy and get mad when they have to help you and do their jobs. With better employees the store would be a 5 star.

There was a good experience for a long time at Big Country until an employee named Ricky who was short and demeaning to me and a few other customers in my presence on several days at that location. Though I will go there out of necessity I will always remember here condescending attitude.

Made several calls to the store during non-busy hours multiple times, and there was no answer. Needed to find out certain item in stock before we drove all the way over there but no one answered the phone after making several attempts to call. Also use the Google telephone number that did not work either
