Was turned away at 7:03 by some lady at the door who was NOT friendly telling us they close at 7 when there were still customers in there, the sign on the door said they close at 7:30, and so does the hours online. Used to shop there frequently but with that service I will not be back ever again! Hire nicer people.

I went in a few days ago and Wendy helped me with soccer cleats for my grandchildren. She interacted with them and was very sweet. She helped me with shin guards, socks, cleats, balls and even some gloves. I didn't realize there was so much stuff needed for the sport. I had a negative experience with the store in the past. However, this time Wendy changed my mind on this store. I will continue to to go back. Great customer service! I hope the store continues to hire more people like her.

Today my family and I went into big 5 to get my son a set of roller blades. We experienced the best customer service we have had in years. We had a employee by the name of Keith help us. He has the best customer service around. Keep up the good work Keith.

I went in to buy a tent but the deals were so good I ended up buying 2 sleeping bags, a really nice air mattress a chair a pump ,lantern and a bluetooth speaker. Very friendly staff, great customer service, and awesome deals every month on quality name brand shoes,

Its cool, as soon as you walk in they greet you. They are def on their toes about trying to assist you,and they let u know they are around which is good to avoid theft. They recently cleaned the floors so looks nice. They have good fishing stuff,nice amount of different things,camping also. They don't have too many tents to choose from.

I went in to buy a pair of shoes and i hit the clearance rack and i was able to find 4 pairs within 15 minutes great shoes for 19 Bucks can't wait to go back

The customer service here was horrible! The sales people had an attitude and would stare people down instead of asking if assistance was needed, it made shopping there very uncomfortable. The only one that had a friendly attitude was the cashier Megan.
