I purchased the Bella baking mix and whole grain bread mix after receiving a bite-sized sample from their representative at Whole Foods. We love it!! My husband eats gluten free and we have struggled to find good fits with our life style and recipes. Yesterday we made his grandmother's chocolate chip oatmeal cookies and they are wonderful! The whole grain bread is some of the best GF bread we have found. We are very pleased. I bought more mixes to ship to my son in Oklahoma. Thank you Bella!! 🙂
