I can highly recommend doing business with BBQ Pros. I received my items (3) in a very timely manner. However, one jar was broken during shipping. I called and Jeff, the owner of BBQ Pros, answered the phone. I explained and he offered to refund that jar, or to send another, if I would prefer. I took the refund (all 3 items were the same) and he immediately processed the refund. It appeared on my CC within 2 days. Professional, polite and efficient! AAA+++
