This isn't a park, it's a community garden. When there's open plots (not often - I was on the list for 18 months), you can pay (small yearly fee) to use an assigned plot to grow what you like (within reason - no shading your neighbors, and no chemical pesticides). We share excess harvest among ourselves, and with the Food Bank; we also have a couple plots dedicated to growing for the Food Bank. Nice place, nice people, if you're interested in gardening come by when someone's there and you might get a tour.
