Appointment at 2pm sunday, arrived at 5:51 am. Park at staging area walk to guard shack, hand CDL for copy, walk to office. Given dock and told shift change is at 7am but they will load now and if not finished new crew will take over. Docked at 6:10am doors closed, live load started at 6:30am. Paper work delivered to me at 7am. My visit was great!

Drivers be aware, very long loading times, ONLY GO BY APPOINTMENT! Do not let any broker tell you its a first come first serve when it is not. Also, do NOT pick up here for BISON TRANSPORT, they will lie and tell you its a fcfs and then when you show up, the guard will tell you, you are late for your appointment and now you are a work in where they will NOT pay you for detention.

2.7 average is more than reality!! It deserves zero to 1 star maybe. But not more. Arrived at 9.30 am. Waited outside 3 hours for a door. And then another 3 hours with green light at the door waiting to get loaded. They started loading after 6 hours and that was an hour ago and still red light. One pallet per 10 mins I guess. And the rates are low too. Let’s wait and see if they will pay detention for this huge mass. NEVER AGAIN!! DRIVERS IM SORRY THAT I DIDNT CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE ACCEPTING THIS LOAD. You don’t make the same mistake. AVOID THIS PLACE. And I feel sorry because Barilla was my fav pasta since childhood.

Appt 1830, dock assignment 1845. Park in the staging area 1st (beware of very narrow entrance, with 2 big stones), walk to g/s to check in. Once assigned, take the paperwork to the office (north of door 1), then drive in to dock, move wheels back, leave doors closed/seal intacted, back to door, unhook/pullup, and wait. Overall, good place. Waiting to be unloaded as I am writing this. They do have a scale on the outbound lane for those who picked up a load. Staging area is only for two hours or less parking. The closest long term parking is 6.3mi away. Quicklee's (24/7) ex 9 I390.

They are very bad bad bad facility came 10:50 they told me my appt is at 13:30 I am still waiting for the call pls drivers don’t come here I am about to cancel this load. They just called me the time is 19:42 unbelievable but I already cancelled the load. The stupid place trust me never come here again even broker will pay a lot of money

Should give zero stars after my attempt at employment. Arrived in time had a pleasant talk with the guy about the position and was supposed to start next week. Returned to ask for a number to contact. Afterwards received a message that I was no longer getting the job. Highly unprofessional, the fact that I just wanted a contact number to be in touch with made me loose the job is ridiculous.

Thanks for overnight parking. But I had to wait here for 16 hours. I canceled the presentation. Because it is not possible to wait that long. Everyone needs money, no one works to wait for such a long time. Read reviews before you come here. The girl who did the security was nice
