Took my tractor to them and talked about the repair and they decided to do the most expensive repair without calling me to let me know that they were going to do, I was just lucky because I went by the shop before they started. My tractor is now fixed (not by Bannister) and it cost me about 200 dollars not the thousand are more they were going to charge.

Needed tiller blades for my 6ft Kuhn. Banister had them $3.00 cheaper than what I could find them online. Called me up the day they were suppose to arrive to let me know they sent wrong ones but vendor was going to next day ship the correct ones. When I went to pick up, Banister ate the shipping cost I was going to have to pay because of the mistake. This was my first visit and treated me like I was a long time customer. Looks like I've found a friend for my tractor parts from now on. I'd recommend them.
