I know I've already left a rating however, I can not get over how deliciously the sandwiches are made, amazing quality. employees go above and Beyond and provide excellent customer service to their customers, check on their customers, making sure everyone enjoys a wonderful meal and have everything they need. All employees greet every customer upon entering building as well as thanking them for coming in at the register and while customers leave, smiles go a loooong way and it's a wonderful experience every time. Beef Cheese Steaks, Cowboy, Chicken Parmesan and The Unforgettable are some of my favorites plus the cookie 🍪 and Lemoncello cake is my favorite I wish I had the recipe!! Keep up the great work everyone!!! 😊

My parents and I visited today around 3:30 pm, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations in both quality and presentation. The restaurant itself was spotless, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

A special shoutout to the manager, Richard, who went above and beyond to make our visit even better. His professionalism and dedication to great customer service truly stood out. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We were greeted by Shawn, the manager at the door with a huge smile on his face. That set the stage for a really enjoyable lunch date. The sandwiches were deliciously made! Shawn passed out tasty cookies for dessert which topped it off. My BF said that the pastrami sandwich was the best he's ever had. That says a lot!

Tucson’s best kept secret sandwich shop. This is my second visit here. This place is nicely decorated, clean and spacious for a lunchtime crowd. I ordered the sundown baggins and it was amazing! Definitely will return.

Stopped by for a healthier lunch with less guilt. The atmosphere is nice, and the music choice is great.
I had the Prime Baggin's sandwich. All the ingredients are cold served with the special touch of horseradish "tasty"
Their ice tea is very good, doesn't taste like it was ran though a coffee pot. The service here is good, dining, is clean. I will return for dinner. Skip the burger line and give this place a try.

They raised their prices and it's not worth that or the wait. It's almost $15 for a sandwich, $3.75 for 3 tablespoons of potato salad and $3.25 for a medium drink. With tax your paying over $23 for lunch! I'd recommend going elsewhere. They also stopped all military discounts unless your in uniform. Will never go back. Be accountable of your price gouging don't blame other companies for raising your prices. $24 meal at a sandwich place is a failing business model. I showed my military ID and was told I had to be in uniform. We won't go back between the lack of training emoloyees and a meal that's not worth what is charged.

First time coming here I heard about it because they dropped off samples at my job and wanted to try it out! When I walked in I was greeted right away! The Service was great and staff were very friendly and patient!

A nice sandwich shop with lots of delicious flavor combos! I always have a hard time choosing I find that the bread always falls apart, which in some ways is not a bad thing! The sandwiches are always very flavorful and full of delicious fresh ingredients. I have had the soups and most tend to be super super salty. I want to like the soups, but for now I won’t order them again. I like the salads and other sides so there are options.
