PLEASE READ THIS........Brian and his crew is absolutely amazing our water pump went at our house we called auchanahi for an emergency service and they were great they came right out but unfortunately they charged us $4,400 and couldn't get the water pump out told us our well collapsed would have to get that fixed first which was 12,000 then would have to pay them an additional 8643 to come back out to fix the water pump on top of The 4400 which they didn't do anything. BK was the only company that didn't tell me 2 to 4 months or not at all he truly is amazing. With having children we felt helpless he was out the next day didn't charge us for the estimate. Diagnosed what he had done to are well and pump and within a day fixed everything for $3,200 we will refer him to everyone his pricing is so reasonable he's truly a member of the community and looking to help everyone out

Well died, had no water. Called him on many suggestions. I was in a scramble to get water back asap as it was the day after Christmas with kids in the house, so I called at 10pm. He said he’d be out the morning after. Started calling around the next morning around 6am as a bunch had 24hr numbers. Called him back accidentally, he was pretty upset, got nasty even after I apologized multiple times, told me good luck and hung up. Thanks for answering the phone, but I can’t recommend based on the less than stellar attitude and lack of concern and understanding when a family is in a tough spot.

I contacted Brian last Sunday about my failing submersible pump. He was at my house the next day and was able to have his very capable employees at my house on Wednesday. The job was rather involved and excavating and masonry work was required to extend the casing from a well pit to above ground level. His employees Matt and Calvin were able to get the job done in one day at a very reasonable price.
I would highly recommend BK Nalepa.

Matt Dunham an employee came & diagnosed our pump was not working properly & we had a leak in the line from our well going into the house. Within 2 days we had the pump replaced & the well line replaced. Very professional & a hard worker. I have already referred friends to Brian & will definitely use him again if ever needed

I called told them my breaker was popping off, they came said pump was bad,after replaced the breaker popped ,they came again for service call and rewired charging me again, and the breaker popped again,
Called elect guy the wire was chewed by mice so I would not recommend these guys thanks for the ripoff
