I don’t know about other reviews but i came 1st time and everything was perfect loaded me in 2 hours got papers in this time as well . Just make sure they want trailer extra clean from inside otherwise perfect,and lady in check in office was very nice behaving thanks

This is the worst place in the whole of salinas . They don't know how to treat the drivers. They behave very badly and there is a lot of waiting. Please don't come here. They always find some fault to reject the trailer inspection even if everything is fine with you,

This is the worst place I have been in the last 20 years. It is very unsanitary, Do not use the rest room, I saw a snake with my own eyes. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning and loaded it at 4 am the next morning… 0 It's hell on earth… If you still arrive, check the trailer, they are especially damaging

8-10+ hours to get loaded, no joke. mostly they run out of product, i had to cancel load after waiting 8 hours. Because they said they were out of product so it will be ready around 3:00 am means 12-14 more hours. so be ready for it. All the less star reviews are correct.. good luck drivers..

Check in staff don’t have way of talking , no respect of drivers . They always trying to find any defect in trailer and refuse to pass inspection of trailer if they check in you then they give you parking a lot for wait at least 7 to 12 hours ….. m still here for pick up after check in 5 pm this is 10 pm now and still don’t get dock when I asked him reason of delay he told me I have to wait at least for 4 hours cause they are eating lol so good night ……..

Reviews aren’t lying or exaggerating. Make sure you get a washout beforehand.They will find a reason to not load you.8 oclock appt leaving at 2pm dock guys are cool tho check in and check out process is brutal tho

They just try to find a way to not load the truck, they literally took about 12+ hours to load started inspecting the trailer and every small details they told me to fix it or go back. This place is a joke no business.

Afternoon shift , OFFICE EMPLOYEES . Words can not describe as to how they treat truck drivers , with ZERO respect . The forklift guys are cool and nice .
