This is the 5th time I came to this store and only part of my meal is in the bag. I bought a Wednesday special chicken fried steak, with potatoes, Cole slaw and bisquets. I ordered extra, large Cole slaw charged $4.99 and only slaw was with the meal. Rootbeer floats with ice, I love the food but this is ridiculous

Stopped in for lunch while my furbaby was having some tests done at the vet. It was around 1 p.m., only a few customers. This is combined with KFC. Ordering was easy since it was Tuesday and we wanted the A&W Tuesday special. Music playing was 80's pop oldies, which was fine. Be prepared if you need to use the restroom, music is cranked but was a song I liked! Need a code to get into restroom.
Food was hot, burger was a little thrown together but tasty, fries were excellent, root beer was root beer, not even close to the original like back in the day. All in all, would eat here again and try the KFC.

Used to love both A&W root beer and KFC chicken. Tried it again the other day. Very surprised and not in a good way. Was Expensive! And for not very good food. So disappointed... Will not go back.

Service was great. Food was not fresh. Papa burgers and fries were cold. Got an extra chicken nugget (we only ordered burgers) in my coleslaw.

I got the 4 piece combo, and I could tell my fries at least were not as fresh as I like them to be, but it was all edible. The service was good. My tenders were yummy and hot. It's better than what I expected and what I'm used to from the location I usually go to. The service was fast too but idk maybe too fast lol? It was good. Though I'm not sure about the rest of the menu.. 🙂

Food was good but customer service left something to be desired. I ordered a meal and thought it was just a sandwich fries and a drink. It came with popcorn chicken and a side also I guess. I was never asked what side I wanted, and wasn’t asked if I wanted dipping sauce for the chicken. I was also asked to pull around to the front of the store when no one was behind me in line, in fact nobody ended up going through the drive though while I waited out front. They say something about thank you for supporting you during tough times then phone it in when it’s not busy? I don’t get it, but know I’ll just be going to Carl’s next time I’m in the area.

Delivery only. You can't even order from the inside of the store. The only people that are allowed inside the store are delivery people. Door dash GrubHub ect.
The girl at the drive thru kept saying "everything is fresh". Less than a mile to home and the food was cold. I ordered fries with my meal, obviously had been drying out near a heat lamp! The little cup/box they came in was only half full. We won't be going back!

First time I was ever there had the worst encounter with a young guy working there, my bill seemed super high, so after requesting a receipt and pulling forward I seen that he rang me up twice for something, so I pull in and go inside he was berry rude. He continued to telling me he can’t refund it after paying because I paid with my card, he couldn’t do anything but give me store credit. I expressed to him no I did not want store credit I didn’t know id be double charged for something I didn’t want, he continued to have an attitude until I called for a manager and told her after waiting so long they could have the food back and I wanted an entire refund. Decided to give them another shot tonight going to a&w, had me waiting in the parking lot for about 10-15 minutes for my food, other cars were waiting as well no customers in the lobby, none in the drive thru, just waiting. Never again!!
