Today we had our printer serviced by ABT. I have to say that I was impressed on the level of knowledge and care the tech used. Sheldon Straber took the time to explain the printer’s process and showed me a couple things about the unit.
I called for one thing and after the diagnostic, he found something else and took care at the spot. All at not charge as part of the service agreement they offered.
Thank you Sheldon for going above and beyond! see you in 6 months 🙂

Seriously some of the most helpful people ever! Our office uses ABT and they are so quick to help and provide solutions. Our printer ended up having a toner issue and Sheldon Straber was to our office within an hour. Sheldon was seriously awesome and so knowledgable! Love having him as our technician!!

Used to be great when I worked with them as ABP... Absolutely terrible now. Techs don't listen and auto ordering never works... Avoid at all costs, they will fail you, even as a larger client. Not a quality company any longer.
