Purchase a lemonade around 7pm today 7/17 and lemonade tasted like lemon used were no good. Lady at the counter acted as if like she lemonade was recent made and didn’t seem to care and don’t tasted the lemonade before selling..

I wanted a pretzel so l when to get 1 it was too HARD and then when I came to tell they looked confused I asked for a new 1 it was hard again and you can’t leave it out for over 4 hours so l left in disappointment

The food service worker tried to sell old hard pretzel to a person that's physically as and mentally challenged. She requested the caregiver to pay extra money for a fresh pretzel. The store is located in Walmart Frankel Way. Cockeysville, MD. Corporate is office will be notified

The place is selling burned pretzels to people I got one pretzel and took it back and got another burned pretzel that is pretty bad they are leaving them out to long under the light and over cooking them

They need to hire actual adults here cause Everytime I come back here there's nothing made ready and all the employees are young and lazy and Don't want to make anything if you order something that's not there I can go to another Annie Anne's and they will actually try to satisfy the customer smh just disappointed

Horrible store! I am very particular with the pretzel I get. Light texture and fresh. Everytime I come here there is this one Indian lady who refuses to give me the specific pretzel that i would ask her. I will ALWAYS walked out not only once but more than 4 TIMES! that is terrible customer service giving Auntie Anne's Pretzel a bad reputation at this Location in Walmart cockeysville. STAY Away!!!!
