I am a regular customer of the elizabethtown ny store and have never had a poor experience.

We went to the store to buy thompsons water sealer and the customer service was great . The best part was as we went to load the car we noticed we had Locke dour keys in the car . We went in and asked Christopher if he had anything in the store to help us unlock the vehicle. He then came out and spent 15 minutes in the hot sun and got our car unlocked . Aubuchon is lucky to have such a great employee! Thank you Christopher you are great wish more people were like you .

Aubushawn Hardware is one of the best stores I’ve ever shopped at I’ve been a customer at the store ever since I’ve moved to Elizabethtown , which has been six or seven years every time I come in the employees and managers are very friendly and very helpful. Everybody is so happy and cheerful very pleasant environment. The store is always so neat clean and organized. The store always has what I need and everybody is always willing to help in anyway in general. This is a great place to shop. I would recommend Aubushawn Hardware to anyone in their cats are always wonderful to see. I give Aubushawn Hardware five stars rating.

Great people, great management. I have never been in another store that will go so far, and do whatever needs to be done to keep people happy. A little bit of everything you need, in a small town hardware store. Always a pleasant visit. The manager Harley is the guy to get things done, he will make sure you get what you need when you need it. I will always make Aubuchon my first stop for my hardware needs.

Not what I'm used to. Merchandise selection is sparse. The quality of what is available is 2nd rate at best. The prices seem to change weekly, always up and never the same as the tags on the shelf. Sometimes the difference is a few cents but sometimes it can be as much as $2. The staff are really nice though. Friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. But there are other hardware stores in the area that I go to first. Aubuchon is last minute emergency only. I have to be honest. The corporate office makes it tough. Totally out of touch.

Decent selection. Friendly staff. Location isn't the most convenient with having to pull/park around back to grab bulk things such as mulch, cement mix or having to fill propane. As close to a hometown hardware store as you ever see again!

This isn't the Aubuchon's of years ago. There's precious little stock in the store. What's there is foreign-made & low quality. Prices on the shelves are misleadingly less than what the registers scan which can be as high as $2 MORE! And prices can change overnight! The website is useless because the "in stock" quantities almost never match the actual in store. Not to mention, the "search" results most often have nothing to do with the product searched. I used to look to Aubuchon's first. Now I dread when I know I have to go there because it's there or drive 60 miles. It's not the local store. It's corporate. They don't care anymore.
