Phoned in my order of One Atwater sushi roll and two bento boxes with teriyaki beef. My wife picked up. Called back to complain and all i got is sorry we are closed nothing we can do for you at this time better luck next time. LOL. Do you mind reminding me what my options were at the time.

Worst service ever. Called and ordered ahead and the person taking the order didn't get it correct and then blamed me for the miscommunication although it was made ABUNDANTLY clear what we wanted. Refused to remake the order claimed it was our fault. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

In your response you claim to train your employees to read back orders, however, other reviews suggest that you do not get it right. As a business owner you would think it wouldn't be worth losing the customer when you can simply remake the order. You will never have a successful business treating your customers the way that you do. Eventually you will be ran out. Best of luck to you 😘

The food is ok when done right. However they take zero accountability for their incorrect orders and blame their guests. They got multiple items wrong on our order and instead of realizing that their 16 year old waitress could have made a mistake they blame their repeat customer. They respond to reviews blaming us for their mess up, refuse to correct one item for someone who CANNOT EAT MAYONNAISE and try to charge again $15 for said menu item. The call was placed where multiple people could hear my side of the conversation yet I messed up every item not them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We order often from here, many of us do at work. Today, they put sauce on one roll when they were told not to (we dont eat mayo based sauce). They also didnt deep fry another roll when they were told to. We went back to have a new roll made sans the sauce, they said they are refusing to remake it and wanted to charge for a whole new roll. Oh and they charged for the sauce they shouldn't have put in the first place. Also charged for the deep fry. They refused to give any refunds or make a new one without paying for it. They said "you accepted the order when you walked out with it!" The bag was tied up tight, didnt think we had to do your job for you by making sure it was correct. They will not be getting our business again. Crappy service all around!

****Then to respond to my review without taking any accountability for their mistakes! Rather than apologizing and correcting the mistake, they decided to basically blame us for how we ordered it when it was confirmed prior to picking it up. NOT THAT HARD TO OWN UP TO YOUR OWN MISTAKES!

Always happy to stop and eat here. The sushi is consistently good. Even the specials are very well put together. Had a dragon roll, San Francisco roll and a hot Hawaiian roll special. Food was absolutely delicious. Also ordered the hot jasmine tea which paired well with the rolls. Our server was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. Fantastic place to stop and eat sushi. They also have outdoor seating with patio heaters for nice days and cool nights.

Food was amazing, the rolls were loaded with sauce. We ordered the grenade and sunset rolls. Prices were very reasonable, $30 for two people. I also ordered hot tea I was pleasantly surprised! It comes in a cute tea pot with matching tea cups. One of the best teas I’ve had, i still think about months later.

I just found out we have Sushi in Atwater, and it's delicious! They have to go and outdoor dining. I have tried many sushi places and this is one of the Very Best! The prices are reasonable and the staff we kind and courteous, they offered me something to drink while I waited and to carry my order to my car. So Far, Five Stars!
