A nearly hidden gem in historic downtown Creede, Aspen Inn proved a thoughtful, cozy stay. The room had all the modern amenities but felt antique (yesteryear) at the same time--an impression facilitated by the wooden molding and exposed brick wall. The kitchen is communal and had everything you needed to make an overnight very comfortable. Lest we not forget, our host was friendly and accommodating (a pun?). Would look here first if visiting Creede, again.

We stayed 1 night at the Aspen Inn. It's a very unique place to stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was spotless. They even have complimentary snacks and water. It has a small common area kitchenette. Everything you need is a short walk away. We were very happy with our stay.

Quaint old building. Beautifully restored rooms. Very clean. Cozy. Right on Main St across from the Repertory Theater. Easy walk to anything in town. We stayed in the Spring Suite. It has a desk with 4 chairs and a separate seating area. There are 2 separate beds with a separating door, in case your husband snores! We loved the Aspen wallpaper. It is on the second floor, so you gotta climb stairs. The kitchen was convenient down the hall and well appointed with coffee and snacks, fridge, microwave, and dishes. This place is a jewel. We would most definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located in the middle of town, it was the perfect spot with perfect amenities. You can walk to get coffee in the morning. Parking is ample in the adjoining lot. Building was quiet and California King bed was roomy. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Enjoyed the historic building and high ceilings. Trek up the stairs tests your physical abilities. Not sure how our ancestors did it! Thanks for the great stay.

The worst place you can ever stay. In my opinion, no one told us about the major stairs. It's horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone

Found this hotel online due to a last minute trip from Durango. This is a small hotel with 4 rooms above the brewery in town with easy street parking. The day of check in, got a text message with the instructions and the code for the door. Stayed in the Starry room and the room was big enough with a good bed and private bathroom with plenty of hot water. In the morning they have coffee out in the hallway with some snacks as well. You can't beat the location as it is in the middle of everything and an easy walk to a bunch of restaurants.

The hotel is in the heart of the town directly across from the repretory theater.

Our room, starry night, it's the smallest of the four but plenty big. The room was very nice. It was clean the bath updated.

The bed is very comfortable. During our mid June visit the weather was from a high of 50° to 80°. The room stayed in a comfortable range without any thing but a fan.

We could not hear other people coming or going. Across from the room was self service coffee maker. They had plenty of ground coffee to use 24/7.

They had tea, instant oatmeal and biscotti.

There is a full size fridge available to use for your picnic supplies.

We liked it and will visit again.

Upon arrival, we were unable to secure our room. We called management multiple times and left messages, but in the entire week we stayed, they never returned a phone call. There is an air conditioner in the window, which is another unsecure access point. They never cleaned the room, and they didn't even provide enough trash bags for us to empty it our self. The only thing they care about is collecting your money, and if any issues arise, you are left to deal with it on your own.
