I don’t like tea but the tea, service, and atmosphere were amazing. Also the waffle I got was the best waffle I have ever had in my life. I will be making the 30 minute drive to come back again!

The shop is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a great selection of teas to purchase for home or also try in the cafe area. I also took one of the tea blending classes and had a fantastic time. Ola was very friendly and answered every question and clearly has a passion for tea and sharing it with others. A true gem in Gentry!

Best coffee in NWA! I was once a huge Onyx fan, but noticed quality went down as prices went up. Asami has the absolute best coffee, and cleanest ingredients around. The tea selection is so large, delicious and fragrant. Something for everyone. The pastries are divine! The owner cares deeply about customer satisfaction and health.

The best and most fragrant tea I have ever tasted! Asami Teas are full of flavor and a little definitely goes a long way. I've loved all of the flavors I've tried but my favorite would have to be Walvis Bay Wonder. The teas are great hot or iced and it's great to drink as a morning pick me up or as a soothing drink in the evening before bed. Looking forward to future flavors and brews!

Asami Teas offers a wonderful selection of high-quality loose-leaf teas sourced directly from tea growers around the world.
I just had Vanilla Rooibos and it was life-changing! The tea leaves were clearly very fresh and full of flavor. Asami Teas focuses on small-batch production to ensure freshness and consistent quality which I appreciate.
The packaging is elegant and highlights the tea’s origins. The staff is also very knowledgeable about their offerings and provides excellent customer service.

Delicious teas!

I used them as little party favors for my wedding.

Personally, I’ve tried two of the blacks (my preference with milk) and they've both been delightful! The Rwandan black makes an excellent breakfast tea, and the Mozambique Breeze is perhaps the most delicate black tea I’ve had that’s still retained flavor—subtle, and definitely can be overpowered with too many additions (my sweet tooth means I frequently have a heavy hand with sugar), but it’s nice when I want a cup that will leave me feeling light and relaxed. Considering I’ve only enjoyed teas of this caliber in flavor, body, and finish at more expensive tea stores or high-end kitchen/gourmet supplies shops, it’s so nice to find loose leaf teas at such great prices! The white peach Hibiscus is my favorite fruity option. I plan to order a large variety and explore the other kinds on a regular basis.

Hate giving the 1 star because the product I tried was wonderful at the farmers market. Sadly I didn't buy that day but decided to order through their website a few days later. Never got my tea, couldn't get any response back on 2 emails trying to find out the status! Poor customer service and a dissatisfied customer that was really looking forward to supporting their business! Rethinking that option. Online buyers beware.

Update:
After seeing the review I actually got a phone call from a very nice gentleman and he is in the process of making it right.
Final update..I changed my star rating from the 1 to a 5 because Ola went above and beyond what he needed to do. Including driving almost an hour to bring the product I had originally ordered and 3 other items they have for us to try as well as a full refund! Very polite, apologetic and will check with the post office tomorrow to see why the original never moved through the postal service!
This man cares about customer satisfaction and the company!!!!
