Our experience with Arrow Exterminator is progressing very well. Following Mike's informative and thorough property assessment, Matthew arrived to carry out the scheduled preventative services. Both Mike and Matthew were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly. Matthew was particularly thorough in detailing his work, from trap placement to sealing entry points. We were impressed with Matthew's dedication and the care he took, building on the great information Mike provided. The detailed notes from Matthew were also very helpful. The personable service from Arrow has been consistently excellent.

Had such an issue with ants in the house. We tried everything to no avail. Hired arrow last year and it's well worth it. Such peace of mind and took care of the issue quickly. So glad we did.
Each technician that has come out has been thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and very pleasant. Don't remember the previous technician names, but today it was Jerel. We could not be happier with the service. Thank you!

Our exterminator Al Lewis is fantastic!! He is always polite and professional, gives me a courtesy call when he arrives and always asks if anything has changed since the last visit. He does the best job prepping us for the season, always walking around the perimeter and ensuring there are no nests etc. He makes staying with Arrow easy!! Please make sure he is recognized.
