Great place for restaurant owners and serious home cooks, big inventory, good prices and friendly helpful staff. If they don’t have it they’ll order it for you. I bought a bunch of pizza equipment, glass ware and other odds and ends and dreaming of this robot coupe!

Don't buy from this company! I purchased a commercial ice machine online from Arizona Restaurant Supply on the 3rd of July 2017. I paid extra to have a 2 delivery. One week later I still don't have my Ice machine that was listed as in stock. I called them on 7-7-17, spoke with a lady named Rachel and told her that I still haven't received the ice maker and wanted credit for the 2 day delivery that I paid extra for. She said that she would look into the problem and where it was located. She seamed very sincere and was very concerned herself. She was going to give me a call back within the hour. Three hours passed by, and I decided to call them again. This time when I talked to her, she said that there was a problem with there computer system with the pricing and they couldn't honor the sale. I asked to speak to the person that told here this and she put me through to a lady named Violet. I told Violet that this is called bait and switch where they advertise one price, but charge you a different price. I paid $1,784.00 for the ICEU070A ice machine and $54.24 for the 2 day shipping. Regular shipping would have been for free! Violet said that they credited my credit card back and wouldn't honor the price that their website listed the ice machine at. I told her that I was going to leave a bad review for the bait and switch, and not trying to make their customers happy. She said, "Do what you got to do, but we won't honor the sale.". If they would rather have a negative review and lose other sales, so let it be. Here's to you Violet, I'm doing what I got to do! I hope that Jeff the GM sees this review as well and learns a lesson form this. When a price is listed on your website, you should honor it!

Delivered a full load of chemicals today as fcfs and everything went nice and smooth, friendly people , big overnight parking lot by the entrance, will definitely pick up another load for here anytime!
