I order the Arizona Microgreens produce through my CSA at Blue Sky Organic Farms. I have tried the Wellness Mix, the Micro Mix (love the peppery taste) and the Micro Salad. They are all wonderful and have a great shelf life in my fridge. I have never tried them in smoothies because we eat them fresh before we even think about a smoothie. They are wonderful with red leaf in a salad but better on their own. Keep up the great growing! It is so nice to have local company to support that cares about being organic and produces healthy greens.

I have tried all the Microgreens at the farmer's market, both uptown and Scottsdale. Az Microgreens has the best taste and longest shelf life. Ordering online is easy. Arrange to pickup or have delivered. Once you get your order I open and fluff the greens so that air circulates in the middle. This also lends to the shelf life. I put these in everything! Avocado toast, soups, salads, sandwiches, casseroles. Very healthy!!!
