Attention Truckers: You'll want to go directly to the Ardent Mills drop lot instead of showing up directly at this facility. Reason being is it's very tight and there is a sign that says for drivers to go there. To get there, your likely gonna be driving on Piasa St. When you get to the stop light at an intersection (Lincoln/Douglas Square on your right), make a left on W Broadway St. After you see Ardent Mills on your left, continue westbound about 1 mile and you'll see a bunch of parked trailers to your right, that's the drop lot you want. The coordinates to the lot is 38.897256, -90.198684. There is a sign with the office phone # in case you have questions for the staff in regards to your pick up/delivery.

Since I have a drop-n-hook pick-up I just had to drop my empty and grab my loaded one. The BOL's were zipped tied to the front with a plastic cover protecting it from rain. Overall the process was easy and trouble free.

Went to the drop lot, called the number on the board, gave pu number, was given a door right away. Checked in 8am, PU Appt was at 3pm, loaded and rolling at 830am! Clean restrooms by the docks.

THIS IS ONLY FOR DRY VANS
If you have a pick up or delivery, go straight to the dirt lot and there is sign with phone number that you have to call for a dock.

Fast loading, very very tight when backing so is the entrance. Look 👀 for sign saying shipping office to find entrance to the shipper/receiver. No overnight parking

Very nice people. My appointment is set for Morning 7:30AM, I reached there one day earlier in evening. They off load me in evening I got free within 1 hour.
You should call them prior to reach here for dock.
They have overnight parking at their Drop lot that is just half mile away from location.

Did a drop and hook here. Nothing is marked, no one answers the phone. Drop lot of about half mile from faculty, luckily my company can live track our trailers and I was able to get guidance from them. For a first time pickup, it sucked. But now that I know the
location, if I ever return I'd rate it higher

Do not pull in towards shipping/receiving docks. Way to tight to navigate if they are no open docks call the number to check in and head to the drop lot down the street til they call you!!! Took a while for the call but loading went fast…
