Food was the worst thing I’ve ever consumed. Tasted like it was dropped in a salt container. Service was horrific. If American horror story was a dining experience.

I was absolutely disappointed in he food and service. We went through the drive thru the only people there and had to wait 30 mins. Our order consisted of ..
1. 5pc chicken ring, what I was given ,2 cold soggy chicken rings and 3 very small half dollar sized left over grease trap bricks (not edible)…
2. Shrimp & fry’s, what we got , ice cold fries soggy cold shrimp. (Not edible)
3 black angus combo, what we got, a patty that was so old and dried out it was white the lettuce on it was nearly rotten.. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but the only thing that was decent was the customer service at the window. The food we were given was / should not have ever been given for consumption. Waisted $20 for literal garbage food.

Arctic Circle here in town has consistently let me down. The staff often seems distracted and unfocused, leading to long waits and frequent mistakes with orders. If you make any special requests, expect them to be wrong more often than not. The food takes an unusually long time to arrive, and when it finally does, it's rarely what I ordered. It's frustrating to have such poor service and accuracy, especially when you're just looking for a quick bite. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this location.

Poor quality food and way over priced. Pretty disappointed overall. Save your money and go somewhere else . Once in awhile someone is working there who does a better job, but could use some quality control in the kitchen. A $30.00 meal there is the quality of $5.00 meal .

after coming through on a long road trip decided to stop under the shady gas pumps and run to use the restroom at the gas station. Little did I know that this gas station was a grocery store and multiple restaurants.

I arrived at 10:30 AM and the Arctic Circle opens at 11 so I wandered around and used the restroom and came back right as they opened. Everything was extremely fresh and decently good for some of the cheapest food I’ve seen on the West Coast

One of the girls behind the counter with long hair and glasses was extremely nice to me and helped me understand the menu and everything that they offered.

I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger meal and it came out to less than eight dollars which is saying something. I got some mug root beer, and my food from the kind girl behind the counter.

I had noticed there was a stairwell right beside the restaurant so I took the stairs up to find a bar a full functioning bar with mini spirits and drafts. They were just getting set up so I asked if I could sit at the windows to eat my meal. They were more than happy to oblige.

My combo came with fry sauce which was good because the burger and the fries needed just a little extra something and it was perfect. The junior cheeseburger tasted, homemade, and the bacon was just right for the price the french fries really remind me of Burger King. They were almost too much food all together. I ended up not finishing the fries, but I took them with me on the rest of my road trip journey lol

overall, I definitely would recommend stopping here because this was the cheapest gas, the best walking around, stretching your legs, experience, the best, fast food, and all of that at the best price. After the person operating the counter read back my order they still somehow only got half the order rand through then I got my self a taco salad guacamole on the side....the pictuer says it all. I got half a taco salad with guacamole right on it. To top it off they had a bunch of kids hanging out with the people working going behind the counters and even serving food.

Did not make food as requested, then the staff argued loudly about who needs to go back to 1st grade. Very unprofessional. Dining area was a disgusting mess.
