Went during the weekday, that why, probably, got different experience. Parking was free and plenty, not crowded at all, wristbands ($45/each) get you everywhere. Maze was fun! They meticulously designed the optimal length of splits and dead ends to keep you engaged. Petting zoo was great! Some of the animatronics in the scary room were off. Corn ride was fun. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. I guess, the less the crowd, the better your experience. Highly recommend going on weekday instead of the weekend!

A very nice spot to see pumpkins, ride ponies and explore the maze. An on-site small shop too for water etc. Plenty of parking and right next to the Pacific Highway, making it super easy to access. We also found the pumpkins here after Halloween while other places had removed them. A lovely spot for a couple of hours! 🎃🕷️🕸️🐎

Free parking the last weekend of September and also Monday through Thursday in October!
October weekends are busy and parking is $20 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) but they give you a $10 voucher to spend on pumpkins. Go early in the morning to beat the crowds.

Upon entering the gate, you're typically greeted by a friendly employee or sometimes the owners. Then to the right, the first window is where you purchase wristbands or tickets for the maze, haunted barn, hay ride, train ride, petting zoo, or playland. If you plan on spending a lot of time, then the wristband can be worth it. The hay maze was difficult this year and I have gone through it twice.
The middle window is where you check out to purchase pumpkins. Be sure to use your coupon/voucher!!

To the left after the main entry is the snack shack full of little goodies. They don't serve hot food but they do have great homemade fudge and a selection of ice cream! Pumpkin pie fudge and pumpkin It'sIt ice cream were my favs.

Under the extra large white tent is where lots of gorgeous pumpkins are located. There's also a bunch behind it and near the corn field and hay maze. I love that there's so many choices of beautiful and edible pumpkins.

This year, I noticed the toddler hay maze is to the left of the large maze. It has pumpkins stacked on the top entrance and this is free.

There's also picnic tables and benches available but can also be reserved ahead of time for parties.

The hay maze exceeded expectations! It took about 90 minutes for my crew of kids (with a little help) to get out. Legitimately challenging. Haunted house was a quick 5 minute tour. We went on a weekday and parking was free.

This place was really fun!!! Even as 2 grown adults, we were stuck in the hay maze for an hour exploring all dead ends and passageways and had a great time.

After the Half Moon Bay festival, the traffic in any direction was brutal, except one-south and that’s where Arata’s farm was. Had great time walking around, waiting out the traffic

A great pumpkin farm in a gorgeous setting! Lovely pumpkins, an AMAZING hay maze and lots of other great attractions (haunted house, pony rides, bouncy houses, hay ride, petting zoo and more). If you have time to visit only one pumpkin patch in the greater Bay Area this fall, this is the one I’d recommend!
