The sheriffs office responded to a call and behold they had not only left the keys to my vehicle in the car fully unlocked but also my personal information, cash and banking information within the vehicle as well. I drive a highly stolen model of vehicle in CO and many other states and this was quite concerning. When I'd tried to go through and view my dash camera footage of the incident as well it was found that the camera no longer worked and my SIM card was no longer calibrated let alone recognized......even when I tried buying a new SIM to see if that may have been the issue. The supervising officer said he had reviewed the body cam footage and did not find his officers accountable but I've got the receipts so that's pretty laughable in my opinion. A dash camera that I've never had any prior issues with in the past and the fact that I literally had to re-insert the SIM card into speaks volumes otherwise and I had a secondary eye witness to this issue. Regardless I purchased a new dash camera that can detect and send a notification to my device about these issues if the SIM card is ever removed or tampered with to go forward.......this breaks my heart that my tax dollars go to y'all and this occurs and you take no accountability. Heartbreaking. Out $145+ due to this unfortunate circumstance...but I know I'll never be properly compensated.

You'd think with such low ratings and lack of response or acknowledgement of these issues being brought to your attention ya'll would do and be better.....word of mouth and reviews speak volumes for your care of lack there of for the local community that helps your funding and your paychecks. I'm extremely disappointed

When asking for your score at Top Golf gets you a 1/2 dozen officers…I was treated extremely rudely and discriminated against by the Sheriffs Department tonight! When I tried to explain and use and analogy to SGT Daily like his officers did w me he didn’t like it and called me by the wrong name. Do better and be better…absolutely a huge FAIL!!! By the Sheriffs Department!

My car was broken into not even a week ago. So I didn't have my dash cam up to fight the stupid ticket they gave. Which they could of just had some human decency to give me a warning since I had to replace my window cause someone broke in. But nope gotta get their money. When actual crime is happening they are no where to be found. But they Will victimize victims even more. Just put salt on the wound. And more money I have to pay for them to not do their job.
230 for my window and 125 for police doing nothing. And my steering column is still broken.

Hello to all the citizens of the county! Please be aware that if your car was hit and ran at the private property ( for example fitness center in my case) and there is footage in possession of fitness center of the person who did it, police will not bother to spend 5 min to open the email with footage and investigate. They just brushed me off by saying we will not do it! To many cases not enough resources! When it would literally take them less time to open email and look up data base then talking to me on the phone multiple times. Great system!

The department doesn’t understand that in order to need to provide your ID or identify yourself you must first be given reasonable articulation of a crime that has or is about to happen. They also don’t know that failure to ID is a secondary offense. It’s sad that these officers are “Centennial County’s finest.” Suspicion by itself is not a crime. Maybe some training would do this department well. They will bully you into identifying yourself, just like Deputy Stokes did to a person walking his dog on the sidewalk and if you don’t follow their illegal requests they will falsely arrest you.
