Very sweet and knowledgeable people here, who have a very steady supply of fresh greens. They do encourage packages or bundles of their food for the best deals, but help you navigate what you want with plenty for what you pay for.

Anchorage Greens, Alaska's own little (really LARGE) greenhouse provides fresh hydroponically grown vegetables that we put into salads, cook in Asian cuisine and really enjoy. It is a family run business and the team is exceptional and always upbeat. Always with a good story, friendly outlook, and super fresh and delicious produce. Need to sign up with them to get the greens - but it is worth a weekly subscription!

Update: Trevor and crew have been expanding to include classes, for purchase options, a super cool fish tank that works as a hydroponic garden, Kombucha by the can or on tap. One of Anchorage's hidden gems

We have been getting boxes of greens for months and have loved every week. The lettuce is so flavorful and tender! And because it is so fresh it will last a couple weeks, but that rarely happens because everything is so delicious. Highly recommend!
