I’m not sure what happened in the past, but my experience with AMYLU was excellent! They took me in two hours before my appointment and had me in and out within an hour and a half. The front desk representative was very friendly and clearly knew her job well. Based on the reviews, it seems like there may have been issues before, or perhaps people are confusing this company with others nearby. I want to say that I like your chicken sausage product. But here comes the but, the packaging is unbelievably bad. There is no way to open the packaging without thoughts of anger towards Amylu. Think about Jimmy Dean packaging with an easy open corner or something similar. Thx.

Do NOT take a load to this place cancel it. I waited 28 hours for a door and then another 3 to get unloaded. They unload 1 truck at a time here. The people that work in front are so stupid it’s funny. CANCEL anything coming to this place or you’ll be chilling for 2 days waiting for dock.

UPDATE: If you come here and they take 2 days to unload you file a report against them to the FMCSA… My company just tried to give me another load to this place YEAAA I denied it fast as possible LMAO!!

Amylu Foods has been fantastic! Their products are always fresh, flavorful, and you can tell they care about the quality. Everything I’ve tried so far has been a hit—especially their sausages.

I've been here since 0700 for a 0800 appointment. Its now 1800 and the doors are locked and nobody in the office . Been sitting on the street for 11hrs now in a shady Southside neighborhood. I dont leave reviews but this is some bullshit .

Breakfast Bites!
These are great! Decided to try them and I was surprised at how good they taste! I cooked them in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and perfect outcome! Yumbolito!
